Why We Built It?
We spent years talking to HR leaders, auditors, and organizations. The pattern was clear: everyone recognized HR was critical, but no one had a unified framework to prove their HR function worked systematically.
So we built one. We gathered input from industry experts and management system professionals to create something practical, not theoretical HR textbook concepts, but a standard that works in the real world.
In 2025, HCM 3000 was published and made publicly available for organizations worldwide.
